SPA ETIQUETTE Arrival
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to prepare for your spa experience. We invite you to enjoy our Exercise pool, Spa pool, Sauna, Steam room, Monsoon Shower, or relax in the spa Relaxation Lounge.
What to Bring
You will be provided with Towels and a secure space to store your belongings upon arrival. You are advised to leave your valuables at home as the spa can not assume responsibility for lost or misplaced items.
Health Form
We ask all guests to complete a mandatory health form on arrival so that our therapists can prepare your experience and offer expertise tailored to your needs. Please advise us at time of booking of any relevant health conditions. Please advise if you are paying with a gift certificate so we may indicate this on the receipt.
Mobile Phones
For the comfort of others, please refrain from using your mobile phone. Your cooperation in providing a tranquil environment is greatly appreciated.
Children
In order to preserve the peaceful environment of our Spa, we have a spa treatment age requirement for our Spa treatments, children under the age of 16 are not permitted to having spa treatments. Both male and female professionally trained service providers perform all of our body treatments.
Amenities
Fitness Facilities and water therapies are all complimentary with your hotel room reservations. Non residents may purchase a day pass only when booking a spa treatment for 25.00 per adult, Please plan to spend the day with us.
Cancellations
To cancel or modify your individual appointment we require 24 hours notice so as to avoid any fees. Cancellations made within 12 hours will be charged the full price of the treatment. Group cancellation policy varies based upon size of group. Please note that we require 7 days notice for cancellation of bookings for 7 or more treatments, or full charges apply.
Please note that treatment times are approximate in length. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. All our prices are in sterling British Pound and are subject to change. Treatments are subject to availability.
