Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to prepare for your spa experience. We invite you to enjoy our Exercise pool, Spa pool, Sauna, Steam room, Monsoon Shower, or relax in the spa Relaxation Lounge.
Mobile Phones
For the comfort of others, please refrain from using your mobile phone. Your cooperation in providing a tranquil environment is greatly appreciated.
Children
In order to preserve the peaceful environment of our Spa, we have a spa treatment age requirement for our Spa treatments, children under the age of 16 are not permitted to having spa treatments. Both male and female professionally trained service providers perform all of our body treatments.
Cancellations
To cancel or modify your individual appointment we require 24 hours notice so as to avoid any fees. Cancellations made within 12 hours will be charged the full price of the treatment. Group cancellation policy varies based upon size of group. Please note that we require 7 days notice for cancellation of bookings for 7 or more treatments, or full charges apply.
Please note that treatment times are approximate in length. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. All our prices are in sterling British Pound and are subject to change. Treatments are subject to availability.
