Spa expectations
We provide everything you need for your treatments – all you need to do is turn up! We also have a lounge area where you can relax and enjoy various light refreshments before your treatment begins. A catered lunch can be arranged with advance notification at a cost of $12.00 per person.

In order to make the experience as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, we ask that you please observe the following guidelines:
- Turn off cell phones and pagers.
- Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointments time to relax and complete any paperwork that is necessary.
- Children are not permitted in the spa unless receiving treatments.
- Treatments will end at the scheduled time, regardless of your arrival time

We require a credit card to reserve appointments. We request 24 hours notice of cancellation or the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee. Our spa packages require 48 hours cancellation. No shows will be charged 100%. Prices are subject to change without advance notification. Gratuities are at your discretion.
